What to expect in this course

We're going to spend 6 weeks together - integrating at your own pace with your "real time" course materials, connecting weekly as a group via Zoom chat, private Facebook page, and one-on-one with me.

Here's a breakdown of the weekly content:

• Week 1. (Re)Define your massage business. Get clear on where you are today (financial, niche, energy) and where you want to be in 6 weeks with key transformational "real time" exercises you'll take action on to gain clarity. I'll work one-on-one with you after you've completed the actions and we'll craft a plan.
• Week 2. "White Glove" operations deep-dive. (Re)Set your client systems and touchpoints to consistently "wow" them. You'll decide how your brand develops, who you serve, and how THEY want to be served.
• Week 3. Earn your perfect clients for life and get their perfect friends and relatives, too. You'll find your personal power as a healer AND a salesperson, with "real time" applications that will grow your business THIS WEEK.
• Week 4. Network and market authentically. Find and activate your audience in your area the savvy way. You'll learn the smartest way to earn direct and referred business - who to connect with and how, and what to NEVER DO.
• Week 5. Fine tune for longevity. You've been seriously tending to your massage business for a month now. This week is for taking a bird's eye view at your operation in it's current state - and your future as an owner. We'll address scaling the next year - lease, contracts, bringing on staff, stabilizing, expanding.
• Week 6. Congratulations! We'll revisit all you've accomplished and MAKE SURE you're feeling strong with your continued goals, your "white glove" brand, WHO your clients are and HOW you serve them consistently, what you are willing to maintain as you network and market, and how you'll grow over the next year, two years, and beyond.
